The food is truly excellent, nothing to complain about the quality: excellent flavors and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, however, the management leaves much to be desired. I tried contacting them twice on WhatsApp: they initially responded, but then literally disappeared, making it difficult to complete the order. Furthermore, when I requested home delivery, I was told that they don't deliver below a certain spend. I was willing to pay a percentage extra for the service, but not to add things I didn't want just to meet the minimum. Finally, the menu included pizza kebab, but when I ordered, I was told they didn't make it. It's a shame, because all it would take is improving the internal organization, keeping up with reservations, and perhaps relying on services like Deliveroo to make everything simpler and smarter. The potential is great and the food is worth it, but the management definitely needs to be overhauled.
Consigliatissimo

The kebab is delicious, but above all, the quality-price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.
